Rénovation complète á Bakio. Côte Basque.

We are located in Bakio, municipality in the north of Bilbao, which despite its small fixed population, exponentially multiplies its population in summer with people from all over the Basque Country (mainly) but essentially people residing in Greater Bilbao (Bilbao, Leioa, Neguri, Guecho, etc.

The new owners of this house, a duplex, want to renew it completely before starting to live in it. The jobs that are carried out are as follows.

Masonry.

We have installed the tiles in the kitchen till 1,5 m hight, aproximately 5.25 m2. The material was supplied by the customer.

On the upper floor, we have removed the parquet and applied a self-leveling paste were it was necessary.

Plumbing.

On the ground floor, the radiator under the window is moved to the front, under the first flight of stairs.

Also, on the ground floor, the small radiator behind the entrance door is removed.

Upstairs, in the room, the radiator is moved to the front.

In one of the bathrooms, the bidet is canceled.

Carpentry.

Sanding and varnishing the access steps from the ground floor to the upper floor.

Placement of four swinging interior doors. Installed and fully finished with jambs included (Customer Supplied Material).

Placement of AC-5 laminated wooden floor throughout the non-packed area, on insulating blanket (Customer supplied material)

Supply and placement of laminated DM skirting board all over the perimeter where the laminated wooden floor was installed.

Electricity.

In the bathrooms, placing spotlights.

Supply and installation of electric extractors in both bathrooms.

Installation of wall lamps on both sides of the stair wall.

Bathroom.

Shower tray change: removal of the existing, modifications of drains according to the needs of the client, installation of the necessary tiles in the lower part to finish the difference in height with the old shower tray; removing current bulkhead and installing a new one. The material supplied by the customer.

False ceiling in first bathroom: removal of the current false ceiling and installation of new damp proof plasterboard ceiling, with thermal insulator - acoustic, joint covers, etc., ready to paint.

Remove then ancient lavabo and the bidet.

Installation of a new lavabo (Customer-supplied material).

Extra jobs.

• Assemble a second lavabo.
• Assemble two shower columns.
• Assemble a screen.
• Change plug and/or pushbutton, 22 pcs.
• Placement of 9 bulbs:
• 2 pcs in bathroom 1
• 2 pcs in bathroom 2
• 1 pcs on ladder, (already included)
• 5 pcs on the ground floor

Painting.

Throughout the apartment, ceilings and walls; Removing cracks; plug ceiling holes in areas under Velux windows; repair ceiling in areas with moisture marks in bathroom; Application of plastic paint, prior primer; finished applying three paint coats.

Entrance door, lacquer inside door and jambs.

End of work.
