We renovate a store near Hendaye Beach.

Demolition.

Destruction of the wooden staircase at the bottom of the shop, which in the past gave access to the apartment located above.

Striping the frame off and bathroom door, the sink and furniture.

Transportation to landfill and payment of fees.

Plasterboard.

Installation of a damp proof plaster wall with galvanized steel profile structure on the basement floor, with a vent.

We have covered the evacuation pipe for used water with plasterboard, leaving a register.

Masonry.

Finish the wall in which the door frame has been removed, as well as the part of the floor; installation of the bathroom door.

Adequacy of the basement floor and preparation for paintng afterwards.

Reinforcement of the ceiling structure by installing two steel beams and one wooden.

Electricity.

The electrical installation is obsolete and dangerous because it does not comply with current regulations.

The electrical panel does not even have a differential circuit breaker, which acts by cutting the energy if there is a difference in the intensity (measured in Amps) of current entering the house and the one that comes out. The differential circuit breaker is opened and its function is to protect people.

This electrical panel also does not have magneto-thermic circuit breakers circuit breakers, which cut off the power either because a particular circuit is overloaded or because a short-circuit occurs in the installation. The magneto-thermic circuit breakers circuit breakers is opened and its function is to protect the electrical installation and household appliances.

Regarding the electrical panel, we install a differential circuit breaker (to protect people’s life) and its independent magneto-thermic circuit breakers(to protect electrical installation and household appliances) for each service, according to regulations.

We embed the electrical box into the wall.

Installing:

• Five plugs + phone socket next to the shop counter.
• Four double plugs distributed by the store.
• Point of light for the shop window.
• An electrical plug was installed for the operation of the electric blinds.
• Light point switched with two switches in the store.
• A light point switch plus a plug in the backroom.
• Bathroom: a light point with switch plus a plug

Installing:

• Four plugs distributed in the perimeter.
• Two points of light and three switched switches in the staircase and the basement.

Plumbing.

We change hot and cold water taps with copper pipes for sanitary water supply and PVC pipes for lavabo and toilet evacuations.

- Installation of a new toilet and a lavabo.

Safety railing.

Manufacture and installation of a pine wood railing. Sanding and varnishing. Completely finished.

Painting.

Repair cracks in walls and ceilings, sanding and painting with plastic paint.

Paint basement floor and stairs with acrylic paint.

Sanding and Painting the shop window inside and outside.

End of work.

Finally we deliver the shop to the client completely clean. Ready for start working.
