We are carrying out a partial reform in a villa located in Hendaye.

Demolition.

Demolition, emptying, transport and payment recycling taxes.

Demolition of the partition among the living room and the kitchen for the opening of the new access.

Demolition of the partition of the living room to unite this space with the entrance hall.

Eliminate the chimney in the living room.

Plumbing.

In the kitchen we made the new distribution of hot and cold sanitary water with copper pipes.

Similarly the installation of new PVC pipes for wastewater evacuation.

At the living room we changed the location of 2 radiators.

Masonry.

Make a wall where the old access to the kitchen was located. Make the coating, including cracks seal treatment, and finishing.

Preparing and leveling of the the floor.. Afterwards installation of AC-5 laminate floor.

Installation of tiles Mod. BAKERSTREET on the wall above the kitchen countertop. (6 square metres).

Cover and prepare the walls, then add a primer and three coats of paint afterwards.

Moving the extractor Hood location and cover with plasterboard the 1.5 m long flexible fume extractor tube.

Plasterboard.

Installation of a plasterboard covering for the extractor tube of the gas heater.

Finishing the top part of door between the entrance and the living room using plasterboard.

Finishing the top part of door between the living room and the kitchen using plasterboard.

Cut the frame of the kitchen door and finish with plasterboard.

Cover the old chimney hole in the living room ceiling.

Carpentry.

Placement of the AC-5 laminate floor upon a thermal and acoustic insulation cover called blanket.

Assembling an iron sliding door and four fixed aluminum windows that were purchased by the customer in Kit.

Installing this sliding door and windows in the separation between the kitchen and the living room.

Electrical installation.

Review and modification of the electrical installation of the living room and kitchen.

Kitchen: installation of electric sockets (8 pc), 4 light points to iluminate the worktop below the kitchen cabinets and 1 switch.

Stay: 5 electrical outlets distributed as needed, 1 new point of light on the ceiling, 1 new TV socket.

Painting.

The apartment featured a mixture of gotelé, multi-layered wallpaper, paint on wallpaper. In addition, the walls were curved, with concavities and convexities, misaligned.

For decades, the gotelé has been used to conceal the imperfections of the walls and the poor finish of the work. But the current style of clean walls and defined lines requires a perfect finish.

So we decided to plaster the cracks of the walls, sanded and smoothed before painting, so that they were homogeneous.

Paint the walls and apply a primer and three layers of matte white paint.

When choosing the color of the paint, we offer the customer a table of colors – from which two or three colors are chosen - and a sample is applied to the wall so that the customer gets a plausible idea of the colors and makes the final choice.

Sand and paint the front entry door. Application of a primer and three layers of matte paint.

Sand and paint the radiators of the living room and kitchen using a neumatic pistolet. Two-layer application.

End of work.

Finally we deliver the apartment to the client completely clean. Ready for start living.
