Cut the wall among the kitchen and living room to make an opening of 1.80 m long X 1.58 m high; plastering and smoothing both sides and upper part. Afterwards, installation of pine wood bars on the three sides.
Installation of the bar bar 50 cm wide - 20 cm towards the interior of the kitchen and 30 cm towards the living room - at a floor height of 1.10 m.
Placement of the kitchen countertop.
Placement of both sides and top of the bar using pine wood and painted in matt white.
Masonry.
Bathroom.
Construction of an Italian shower base topped with gresite.
Manufacture, inside the shower, of a seat with brick and cement, coated with gresite, just like the shower base.
Placement of tile + skirting board in the place where the furniture was before (Room No1).
Installation of tile in the floor and up to the ceiling on all walls.
Lowering of the ceiling in the bathroom for installation of 6 LEDS
Note: the tile and the sanitary elements for the bathroom has been bought by the customer.
Plumbing.
Changement of bathtub per shower tray:
Adequacy of plumbing: drains and sanitary pipes supply of hot and cold water, placing the taps at a height of 0.90 m.
Installation of the shower's protection crystal. Placement of taps. Installation of a towels – dryer in the wall.
Note: the shower tray, taps, towels-drying radiator, etc have been bought client.
Electricity.
Performing grooves on the walls for the installation of corrugated tube to pass the electrical cables.
- Installation of 5 double sockets in the living room.
- Installation of 2 double plugs in the bathroom.
- Installation of plugs under the kitchen counter.
- Installation of 2 double plugs protected on the balcony.
- Installation of 5 ou 6 LEDS spots above the sink and washing
- machine countertop.
- Installation of 3 LEDS spots above the bar bar.
Vinyl posters and painting.
Installation of giant Vinyl Posters on the rooms's walls .
Painting the whole apartment: walls and ceiling, doors and radiators.
Throughout the house, ceilings and walls; Application of matte white paint, prior primer; finished with three hands of painting.
Sanding of all radiators and doors, including the entry door(inner part only) in matte white.
Paint the radiators and doors mentioned before. We have painted lacquered them using a compressed air pistol.
End of work.
Finally we deliver the apartment to the client completely clean. Ready for start living.
