This apartment, of 35 m² de surface, near the center of Biarritz, has been refurbished to correct a poor layout - distribution of spaces that did not allow owners to feel at home: a bedroom too small, a fully enclosed and suffocating kitchen.

Total renovation: brand new electricity, built-in plumbing, replaced electric cluster, redesign of the spaces, complete bathroom renovation.

We expanded the bedroom and installed a workshop window and removed the walls and the main door of the kitchen to create an open space connected to the living room.

Kitchen furniture and appliances have been replaced and the dining room has been refurbished and painted.

The white tile floor was laid off and a new parquet floor was installed.

In conclusion, we can say that the space has been optimized and the place is now much warmer.

Demolition.

Protection of common areas: entance hall, corridor, elevator and stairs to avoid damage.

Demolition of the kitchen, transport and sanitary fees.

Cut the wall to the left of the kitchen and demolish the wall next to the window.

Demolition of the bedroom wall.

Demolition of the bathroom and toilet, all equipment, tiles, etc.

Demolition of cabinets and appliances.

Elimination of all roofing and protection materials installed in the common areas, once the renovation work is completed. And the cleanliness of the common areas.

Supply, assembly and installation of a set of 4 aluminum windows purchased in Kit plus a black sliding iron door of the following dimensions: 1.20 m in length (3 glass windows X 0,40 m wide each) and 1 m high plus a sliding door with glass ceilings (2 x 0,40 m wide each) and 1 m high the top.

Supply and installation of plinth of the entire apartment.

Plumbing.

Perform the new distribution of plumbing with copper and multilayer in the kitchen for the supply of sanitary water (hot/cold water) for the sink and the new electric accumulator.

Make the new distribution of plumbing with copper and multilayer in the bathroom for the supply of sanitary water (hot/cold water) for the sink and shower.

Installation of cold water for washing machine and toilet.

Installation of new pvc evacuations connected to the evacuations of the building with a diameter of 40 mm for the evacuation of the sink, sink and washing machine. And of a diameter of 110 mm for the evacuation of the toilet.

We never use old conductions (sometimes in lead material) because we have neither guarantees of their condition or thickness, nor that the electrical wire can be torn, ripped or damaged when inserted through the old tubes.

Subsequently we introduce the new electrical wire, with different sections depending on its destination (lighting, oven, etc.).

Regarding the electrical panel, we install a new one with a differential circuit breaker (to protect people’s life) and its independent magneto-thermic circuit breakers (to protect electrical installation and household appliances) for each service, according to regulations.

Painting.

Throughout the apartment, ceilings and walls; Applying matte white paint after a primer coat; finish by appling three layers of paint.

Preparation of walls and ceilings. Taking the paper off walls , covering and repairing walls and ceiling cracks. Softening and sanding the walls and ceilings.

Applying a primer coat before painting the walls and ceilings. Application of three layers of paint until achieving an impeccable finish. Use of plastic paint (brands: Caparol, Seignorie, Valentine or similar). Matte White painture.

Sanding and paint the closet located at the entrance of the apartment.

Sanding and paint the front entry door of the apartment.

Finally we deliver the apartment to the client completely clean. Ready for start living.
